This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Levant Strategic Workforce Solutions Ltd. and TalentBridge Executive Search & HR Consulting for the procurement of Human Resources Manager recruitment and ongoing HR advisory services as described herein.
All services shall be rendered at or in direct support of the Israel Jerusalem headquarters located at 42 King George Street, Jerusalem, Israel. The supplier acknowledges that all on-site activities are subject to the building access protocols and security requirements of the Israel Jerusalem campus.
The appointed Human Resources Manager shall report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and shall have full authority over personnel matters for the Israel Jerusalem division, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and compensation recommendations, within the parameters set by Israeli labor legislation.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest Law (5712-1952).
The supplier warrants that all background checks, reference verifications, and compliance screenings conducted for the Human Resources Manager candidate shall be performed in strict accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, and the Human Resources Manager engagement shall be wound down in accordance with the notice period stipulated in the employment contract.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the Arbitration Law, 5728-1968. The governing law of this document is the law of the State of Israel.
The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ILS for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
All deliverables, including the HR policy framework and performance review documentation, shall be provided in both English and Hebrew to ensure accessibility for all staff members at the Israel Jerusalem office.
This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the issue date, after which it may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both parties.
