- This Purchase Order is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Economic Court in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Human Resources Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to working hours, social contributions, and employee rights as stipulated by Kazakhstani federal and regional regulations applicable in Almaty.
- Central Asia Talent Partners JSC warrants that the Human Resources Manager shall possess valid work authorization, a clean criminal background check, and relevant professional certifications recognized in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in KZT. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as per Kazakhstan commercial practice.
- The supplier shall provide monthly progress reports detailing the activities of the Human Resources Manager, including recruitment metrics, employee engagement scores, and compliance status updates specific to the Kazakhstan Almaty operational environment.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due and payable.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order and the Human Resources Manager's employment shall comply with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection."
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the contract duration specified in Section 3.
