The role is critical to the operational efficiency of FASC and its commitment to maintaining a high-performing workforce in Nigeria Abuja.

- Publish and manage job advertisements across at least five (5) recognized Nigerian recruitment platforms and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews with a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified candidates for the Human Resources Manager position.
- Administer psychometric assessments, competency-based interviews, and reference verification for the top five (5) shortlisted candidates.
- Facilitate final interview panels with FASC executive leadership in Nigeria Abuja.
- Negotiate compensation packages in line with FASC's approved budget and prevailing market rates for senior HR professionals in Nigeria Abuja.
- Manage all onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, tax registrations (PAYE), National Identity Number (NIN) verification, and pension fund enrollment.
- Provide a ninety (90) day post-placement support period to ensure the Human Resources Manager integrates effectively into the FASC organizational structure in Nigeria Abuja.
The Human Resources Manager to be placed under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
- NexGen Talent Solutions Ltd. warrants that the Human Resources Manager placed under this Purchase Order shall meet all stated qualifications and shall not be subject to any non-compete or restrictive covenants that would impede their duties at FASC in Nigeria Abuja.
- FASC reserves the right to reject any candidate presented by the supplier if the candidate does not meet the minimum requirements outlined in Section 4 of this Purchase Order.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA).
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issue, after which it shall lapse unless renewed in writing by both parties.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
