The Human Resources Manager must hold a valid Iqama (residence permit) or be eligible for sponsorship under the company's quota, and must demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Labor Law and the Civil Transactions Law. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Human Resources Manager shall report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Al-Nakheel Industrial & Commercial Group and shall perform all duties from the company's headquarters located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, Al Shati District.
- The Service Provider (Gulf Talent Solutions & HR Consulting LLC) guarantees that the Human Resources Manager candidate meets all qualifications, experience requirements, and legal eligibility criteria stipulated in this Purchase Order. Any misrepresentation shall render this Purchase Order void at the Buyer's sole discretion.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Service Provider. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (SA-JED-HRM-2025-0047) to be processed. Late payments beyond the Net 30-day window shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial regulations.
- The Human Resources Manager is subject to a probationary period of three (3) months. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice without penalty.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment and onboarding process shall be handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). The Service Provider shall ensure full compliance with data privacy requirements specific to Saudi Arabia Jeddah operations.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the start date. Renewal requires a written amendment signed by both parties no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date.
- The Service Provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 500,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal standing.
- The Human Resources Manager shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Purchase Order, applicable within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
