This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Enterprise Group Co. Ltd. for the procurement and placement of a qualified Human Resources Manager to serve the corporate headquarters located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all human capital functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with Saudi labor law (Royal Decree No. M/51), performance management, training and development programs, and organizational workforce planning. The selected Human Resources Manager must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in senior HR roles within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and demonstrate full proficiency in both Arabic and English. The candidate must also be well-versed in the Saudi Labor Law, the Nationality Law (Saudization/Nitaqat requirements), and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Riyadh.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Human Resources Manager shall be placed and commence duties no later than 30 September 2025 at the Al-Nakheel Enterprise Group headquarters in Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Human Resources Manager, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day probationary period.
- The Service Provider guarantees that the Human Resources Manager meets all Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance requirements and holds a valid Iqama or is eligible for one within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process for the Human Resources Manager shall be handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued in 2023.
- The Service Provider shall provide a full replacement at no additional cost if the Human Resources Manager resigns or is terminated for cause within the 12-month warranty period.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties and remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
