- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Corporate Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Apex Talent Partners Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the procurement of Human Resources Manager recruitment and placement services in Singapore Singapore.
- The Supplier shall deliver a shortlist of qualified Human Resources Manager candidates within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. All candidates must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR experience in the Singapore Singapore market.
- Payment shall be made in two instalments: fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of the shortlist of Human Resources Manager candidates, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful completion of the ninety (90) day onboarding period for the appointed Human Resources Manager in Singapore Singapore.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Employment Act (Cap. 91), the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), and all applicable labour regulations governing the Singapore Singapore jurisdiction.
- The Supplier warrants that the Human Resources Manager placed shall not be under any non-compete or restrictive covenant that would conflict with the Buyer's operations in Singapore Singapore.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing that, through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 1,000,000 for the duration of this engagement.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged under this Purchase Order, including candidate data and compensation details for the Human Resources Manager role, as strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
The Supplier shall submit the final shortlist of Human Resources Manager candidates to the Buyer's designated contact at [email protected]. Acceptance of the shortlist shall be confirmed in writing within ten (10) business days. The Buyer reserves the right to request additional candidates if none of the initial shortlist meets the competency requirements for the Human Resources Manager position in Singapore Singapore.
