- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
- The Human Resources Manager recruited under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete clause for a period of 24 months following the termination of the engagement, applicable within the greater Johannesburg metropolitan area.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order must be performed in compliance with the South African Employment Equity Act, the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, and all applicable municipal by-laws of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account of Meridian Executive Recruitment (Pty) Ltd as detailed on the invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum as prescribed by the South African National Credit Act.
- The Human Resources Manager shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Savanna Corporate Solutions (Pty) Ltd and shall be based at the Sandton office in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a standard working week of Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all deliverables completed to date shall be invoiced and settled in full.
- The service provider warrants that the Human Resources Manager shall meet all qualifications, experience, and competency requirements specified in this Purchase Order. Failure to meet these requirements within the first 90-day probationary period shall entitle the buyer to a full refund of the recruitment fee.
- All personal information processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013, of South Africa.
This Purchase Order is issued and authorised by the undersigned representative of Savanna Corporate Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by Meridian Executive Recruitment (Pty) Ltd shall constitute a binding agreement for the recruitment and placement of the Human Resources Manager as described herein.
