This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Corporate Solutions Ltd. to formally procure the services of a qualified Human Resources Manager to be based in United Kingdom London. The Human Resources Manager shall be engaged on a full-time, permanent basis and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is critical to the strategic growth of the organisation and will encompass all aspects of people management, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organisational development within the London metropolitan area.
The Human Resources Manager is expected to demonstrate extensive experience in managing workforce operations for mid-to-large enterprises operating within the United Kingdom. Particular emphasis will be placed on knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010, the Working Time Regulations 1998, and the latest amendments to the Employment Rights Act 1996. The candidate must be fully eligible to work in the United Kingdom and hold a valid right-to-work status.

All costs are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. The Purchase Order total is subject to annual review in line with the London cost-of-living index and prevailing UK employment market conditions.
5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
5.2 The Human Resources Manager shall be bound by a confidentiality agreement and non-disclosure provisions for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the termination of employment.
5.3 A probationary period of six (6) months shall apply from the commencement date. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with one month's written notice.
5.4 The Human Resources Manager shall be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at the primary office in London, United Kingdom, with reasonable flexibility for hybrid working arrangements as approved by the CEO.
5.5 All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5.6 The Human Resources Manager shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and be a member in good standing of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or an equivalent professional body recognised in the United Kingdom.
