Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Zimbabwe Harare Enterprise Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and Harare Talent Acquisition & HR Consulting (Pvt) Ltd for the procurement of a Human Resources Manager and associated professional services.
- The Human Resources Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall be a Zimbabwean national or a legally resident foreign national holding a valid work permit issued by the Zimbabwe Immigration Department, Harare office, in full compliance with the Immigration Act [Chapter 10:01] of Zimbabwe.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager shall be performed at the designated Zimbabwe Harare office premises unless prior written approval is granted by the Purchasing Entity for remote or off-site work.
- The Human Resources Manager shall adhere to all applicable Zimbabwean labour laws, including the Labour Act, the Employment (Termination and Redundancy Payments) Act, and the Social Security Act, as enforced in Zimbabwe Harare and the wider Harare Metropolitan Province.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWL) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) exchange rate on the date of payment, transferred via electronic funds transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in Harare, Zimbabwe.
- The supplier shall submit a detailed invoice within five (5) business days of completing each line item. The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to withhold payment for any deliverable not meeting the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms of the Zimbabwe Harare commercial procurement framework. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 7:12].
- The Human Resources Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee data, company strategies, and proprietary information encountered during the course of engagement at the Zimbabwe Harare office. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. Any changes to scope, timeline, or compensation for the Human Resources Manager services must be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that the Human Resources Manager possesses a minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR management experience, a relevant postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, and professional certification from the Zimbabwe Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
