This Purchase Order is issued by Algeria Algiers Industrial Development Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to engage the services of a qualified Industrial Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") for the purpose of providing comprehensive industrial engineering consultancy, process optimization, and operational improvement services. The entire scope of work under this Purchase Order shall be executed within the jurisdiction of Algeria Algiers, and the Industrial Engineer shall be physically present at the designated project sites in Algeria Algiers for the duration of the engagement.
The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the Buyer's facilities located in Algeria Algiers:

In consideration of the professional services rendered by the Industrial Engineer under this Purchase Order, the Buyer shall pay the following amounts in Algerian Dinars (DZD):

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Industrial Engineer in accordance with Algerian banking regulations. Invoices shall be submitted at the end of each calendar month and are subject to approval by the Buyer's finance department in Algeria Algiers.
- Qualification Requirement: The Industrial Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited Algerian or internationally recognized university, and must possess a valid professional license issued by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant industrial engineering experience in manufacturing or process industries is required.
- Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Algeria Algiers. The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and workplace policies applicable in the wilaya of Algiers, Algeria.
- Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer shall treat all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the Buyer as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, designs, process maps, training materials, and deliverables produced by the Industrial Engineer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the Buyer upon full payment.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algeria Algiers, Algeria.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or civil unrest in Algeria Algiers.
- Compliance: The Industrial Engineer warrants full compliance with all applicable Algerian laws, including but not limited to the Algerian Labor Code, the Commercial Code, and all regulations issued by the Algerian Ministry of Industry.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of an Industrial Engineer in Algeria Algiers. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
