1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Melbourne.
2. The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) degree from an Australian accredited institution and possess at least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in manufacturing process engineering.
3. The supplier warrants that the Industrial Engineer shall be fully insured, including professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD 10,000,000, and public liability insurance of no less than AUD 20,000,000, for the entire duration of the engagement in Australia Melbourne.
4. All intellectual property, reports, designs, and documentation produced by the Industrial Engineer in the course of this engagement shall become the sole property of Apex Manufacturing Solutions Pty Ltd upon full payment.
