The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for conducting a full-scale process optimization audit, workflow redesign, capacity planning analysis, and lean manufacturing implementation across all production lines at the Canada Toronto plant.

The scope of work for the Industrial Engineer includes, but is not limited to: conducting time-and-motion studies on all assembly stations; developing and implementing a value stream mapping framework; designing an ergonomic workstation layout compliant with Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations; performing statistical process control (SPC) analysis on critical quality parameters; and delivering a final optimization report with actionable recommendations to the buyer's executive leadership team within Canada Toronto.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Toronto. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario.
2. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this engagement must hold a valid Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license issued by the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) body and must maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CAD $5,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
3. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in compliance with the Canada Labour Code, Ontario Employment Standards Act, and all applicable municipal bylaws within the City of Toronto, Canada Toronto.
4. The Seller warrants that the Industrial Engineer and all supporting personnel shall have no conflicts of interest with the Buyer and shall adhere to the Buyer's site safety protocols, confidentiality agreements, and intellectual property policies while on premises in Canada Toronto.
5. Payment shall be rendered via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Seller's designated bank account in Canada Toronto within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Ontario Interest Act.
6. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice if the Industrial Engineer fails to meet agreed-upon performance benchmarks or if the Seller is unable to provide a qualified replacement within five (5) business days.
7. All deliverables, reports, data sets, and intellectual property generated by the Industrial Engineer in the course of this engagement shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment of this Purchase Order.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
