The professional engagement is structured as a contractual service agreement (contrato de prestación de servicios) and does not constitute an employment relationship. All work shall be executed at the client's premises in Bogotá, Colombia, specifically at the plant located in the Zona Industrial de Bosa, or at such other location within the Bogotá metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.
