The Industrial Engineer shall be deployed to our production facility located in the 10th of Ramadan Industrial Zone, Egypt Cairo, to conduct a comprehensive operational efficiency audit, process re-engineering, and workforce optimization program spanning a period of twelve (12) months. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses all professional deliverables, on-site supervision, technical reporting, and knowledge-transfer sessions required to modernize our manufacturing workflows in alignment with Egyptian industrial standards and international best practices.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Nile Delta Industrial Solutions S.A.E. and Apex Engineering & Consulting Partners LLC for the provision of Industrial Engineer professional services in Egypt Cairo, effective from the date of mutual signature.
2. The Industrial Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited Egyptian university (e.g., Cairo University, AUC, or Zewail City) and possess no fewer than eight (8) years of relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics environments within Egypt Cairo or the broader Egyptian industrial corridor.
3. All services shall be performed at the buyer's premises in the 10th of Ramadan Industrial Zone, Egypt Cairo, during standard working hours (Sunday through Thursday, 08:00–17:00 EET), in compliance with all applicable Egyptian labour regulations and site safety protocols.
4. Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of 25% each, via bank transfer to the account specified above, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice issued in accordance with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements.
5. The Industrial Engineer shall submit monthly progress reports to the Project Director at Nile Delta Industrial Solutions S.A.E., Egypt Cairo, no later than the fifth (5th) business day of the following month. Failure to deliver reports for two consecutive months shall entitle the buyer to suspend this Purchase Order pending remediation.
6. All intellectual property, process documentation, and analytical data generated by the Industrial Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Nile Delta Industrial Solutions S.A.E. and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Industrial Engineer shall be compensated only for services rendered up to the effective date of termination, less any applicable deductions.
8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through the competent courts of Egypt Cairo, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the Cairo Commercial Court.
9. The supplier warrants that the Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order is fully insured, holds valid professional registration with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, and is in good standing with all regulatory bodies in Egypt Cairo.
