2. The Industrial Engineer or team of Industrial Engineers assigned to this Purchase Order must hold valid professional certification from the Indonesian Institute of Engineers (P3MI) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics operations within Indonesia Jakarta or comparable industrial zones.
3. All on-site work, including but not limited to process mapping, ergonomic assessments, and training sessions, shall take place at the buyer's designated facilities in Indonesia Jakarta. The vendor is responsible for arranging local transportation within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area.
4. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, provided that all deliverables specified in this Purchase Order have been accepted in writing by the buyer's project manager in Indonesia Jakarta.
5. The vendor shall submit a detailed project timeline and milestone schedule within seven (7) business days of this Purchase Order's effective date. Failure to meet agreed milestones may result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
6. All intellectual property, process documentation, and analytical models developed by the Industrial Engineer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of PT Nusantara Manufacturing Solutions upon full payment.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
8. The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of IDR 5,000,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all proprietary information exchanged under this Purchase Order as strictly confidential. This obligation extends to all Industrial Engineer personnel and subcontractors operating within Indonesia Jakarta.

All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the buyer's project management office located at Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, SCBD, Indonesia Jakarta. The buyer shall have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of submission to review and formally accept or reject each deliverable. Rejection must be accompanied by a written explanation of non-conformities.
