This Purchase Order is issued to engage a qualified Industrial Engineer to provide comprehensive process optimization, production line analysis, and operational efficiency consulting services at our manufacturing facility located in Kenya Nairobi. The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for conducting a full operational audit, redesigning workflow processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and delivering measurable improvements in throughput, quality control, and resource utilization across all production units situated within the Nairobi industrial corridor.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between East Africa Industrial Solutions Ltd. and Apex Engineering & Consulting Services Ltd. for the provision of Industrial Engineer professional services at the designated facility in Kenya Nairobi.
2. The Industrial Engineer shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized Kenyan or international university, with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in manufacturing and process optimization within East Africa.
3. All services shall be performed at the buyer's premises located at Plot 45, Industrial Area, Mombasa Road, Kenya Nairobi, during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 EAT), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Kenyan commercial law.
5. The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Kenyan labour laws, occupational health and safety regulations (OSHA Kenya), and data protection requirements under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.
6. Confidentiality: All proprietary information, production data, and operational records accessed during the engagement in Kenya Nairobi shall remain the exclusive property of the buyer. The Industrial Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
7. Deliverables: The Industrial Engineer shall submit a comprehensive final report, process flow diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and training materials within five (5) business days of project completion.
8. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
10. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-KE-2025-00847) and include valid KRA eTIMS-compliant documentation.
