• All deliverables, reports, and documentation shall be submitted in both English and Burmese (Myanmar language) to ensure accessibility for local management and floor supervisors.
• The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all local labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and operational protocols of the Myanmar Yangon facility.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Supplying Party upon countersignature by both authorized representatives.
• The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary manufacturing processes, product designs, and operational data of the buyer's Myanmar Yangon facility.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Seller shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.
• Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
• The Seller warrants that the Industrial Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline and possesses no fewer than eight (8) years of relevant experience in manufacturing process improvement.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
