This Purchase Order is issued by Siriwat Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. to formally engage the services of a qualified Industrial Engineer and supporting technical team for the purpose of conducting a comprehensive process optimization, workflow redesign, and production line efficiency audit at our manufacturing facility located in Thailand Bangkok. The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for analyzing current operational procedures, identifying bottlenecks, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and delivering a detailed improvement roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives for fiscal year 2025–2026.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Work: The Industrial Engineer and supporting team shall commence on-site work at the Thailand Bangkok facility no later than 1 July 2025. All deliverables must be completed within a 12-week engagement period ending 29 September 2025.
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 35% upon completion of the mid-project review (Week 6); 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of the Process Optimization Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above within 30 days of invoice receipt.
3. Qualifications: The Lead Industrial Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing process improvement, and be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. All team members must be legally authorized to work in Thailand Bangkok and hold valid work permits where applicable.
4. Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer and all supporting personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary data, production records, or facility layouts within the Thailand Bangkok premises. All data and documentation remain the exclusive property of Siriwat Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd.
5. Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Thai Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998), the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Labour in Thailand Bangkok.
6. Site Access: The Industrial Engineer team shall be granted access to the Thailand Bangkok manufacturing plant during standard operating hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). After-hours access requires prior written approval from the site supervisor.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

AUTHORIZATION AND ACCEPTANCE

This Purchase Order (PO-2025-IE-0472) is issued for the engagement of Industrial Engineer services at the Thailand Bangkok facility of Siriwat Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon signature by both parties. All references to Thailand Bangkok pertain to the primary operational site where services shall be performed.
