4. Qualifications and Compliance: The Industrial Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience, and hold valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or CPEng). The engineer must possess a valid UAE residence visa and work permit for the duration of the contract.

5. Deliverables and Reporting: The Industrial Engineer shall submit weekly progress reports, monthly performance summaries, and a comprehensive final project report upon completion of each engagement phase. All deliverables shall be submitted in English and, where required by Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities, in Arabic.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection: All proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the buyer accessed by the Industrial Engineer during the execution of this Purchase Order shall remain strictly confidential. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
