This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between both parties and governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the engagement of the Industrial Engineer for the duration specified herein.

The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) or the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), holding a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrable experience in manufacturing process improvement, lean manufacturing methodologies, and production line optimisation within the United Kingdom Birmingham industrial sector.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Birmingham.
2. Commencement and Duration: The Industrial Engineer shall commence duties on 01 July 2025 at the Buyer's premises in United Kingdom Birmingham. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of no less than £10,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Buyer's internal procurement policy and has been authorised by the undersigned.
