All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Journalist. Payment shall be structured as follows:
- 40% advance payment (ARS 443,800.00) due within five (5) business days of the Journalist's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 40% interim payment (ARS 443,800.00) due upon delivery and editorial approval of the investigative feature and interview profiles (Items 01 and 02).
- 20% final payment (ARS 221,900.00) due within ten (10) business days following the completion of all remaining deliverables and the final editorial advisory session.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la Nación Argentina for overdue commercial obligations in the Province of Córdoba. All applicable taxes, including IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) at the prevailing rate of 21%, shall be calculated and remitted in accordance with Argentine national tax law (Ley de Impuesto al Valor Agregado, Ley 23.349) and the regulations of the Agencia de Recaudación y Control Aduanero (ARCA).
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all services rendered hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, Ley 26.994) and the applicable provincial regulations of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fifteen (15) days' written notice.
