All journalistic output shall be delivered in Spanish, with optional English summaries as specified in the attached Statement of Work.

1. Scope and Location: All journalistic services under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. The Journalist is expected to maintain a professional presence in Medellín for the duration of the assignment, with occasional travel to neighboring municipalities in Antioquia as required by the editorial plan.
2. Professional Standards: The Journalist commits to upholding the highest standards of journalistic integrity, accuracy, and objectivity as defined by Colombian law and the code of ethics of the Colombian Association of Journalists. All sources shall be protected in accordance with Colombian press freedom regulations.
3. Deliverables: The Journalist shall submit all written, audio, and video deliverables to the Andes Media Group editorial office in Medellín no later than the deadlines specified in the attached Statement of Work. Late submissions may result in a 5% deduction per business day of delay.
4. Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Journalist within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice (factura electrónica) issued in compliance with the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) electronic invoicing requirements of Colombia.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all journalistic content produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Andes Media Group S.A.S. The Journalist retains the right to be credited as the author of all published works.
6. Confidentiality: The Journalist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding unpublished sources, ongoing investigations, and internal editorial strategies of Andes Media Group. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.

8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
