3. The Journalist retains the right to be credited as the author in all published editions.
4. Confidentiality: The Journalist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding unpublished sources, editorial strategies, and internal communications of the Buyer. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
