NOTE: This Purchase Order is issued specifically to support the Journalist assigned to the "Paris Metropolitan Affairs" desk at Agence Média Parisienne SARL. All equipment and services listed herein are intended exclusively for the Journalist's professional duties conducted within the administrative boundaries of France Paris (Île-de-France region). The Journalist shall be responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and return of all procured items upon termination of the assignment. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the vendor's account in France Paris. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- Delivery: All goods must be delivered to the specified address in France Paris by the required delivery date. The vendor shall bear all shipping and handling costs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signed delivery receipt at the France Paris premises.
- Warranty: All equipment is covered by a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. The vendor shall coordinate any warranty claims on behalf of the Journalist and the purchasing entity.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order and all associated transactions comply with the French Commercial Code, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and all applicable press freedom protections under the French Constitution (Article 11) and the 1881 Press Law.
