All physical items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tehran Media & Press Association office located at No. 42, Ferdowsi Avenue, Valiasr Street, Iran Tehran, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall ensure that all equipment is calibrated, tested, and accompanied by valid manufacturer warranties before handover. Installation of software licenses and configuration of the satellite communication kit shall be completed on-site in Iran Tehran within three (3) business days of physical delivery. The Journalist shall be present for the final acceptance inspection to confirm that all items meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
5. PAYMENT TERMS- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment (126,234,400 IRR) due within five (5) business days of Purchase Order acceptance; 60% balance (189,351,600 IRR) due upon successful delivery, installation, and written acceptance by the Journalist and the Procurement Director.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at Bank Melli, Tehran branch. All transactions shall be documented in accordance with Iranian commercial law.
- Invoice Requirements: The supplier shall issue a formal tax invoice (Faktor-e Adami) referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-IRN-TEH-2025-04782) for each payment milestone.
- Late Payment Penalty: A penalty of 0.05% per calendar day shall apply to any overdue balance, in compliance with the Iranian Civil Code.
