• 4.1 Scope of Work: The Journalist shall perform all services described in this Purchase Order in full compliance with the editorial briefs issued by Editoriale Milano S.r.l. • 4.2 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights, titles, and interests in the written, photographic, audio, and video content produced by the Journalist shall vest exclusively in Editoriale Milano S.r.l. The Journalist retains the right to be credited as the author of all published works.
