- This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Pagoda Media Group Co., Ltd., a registered media organization operating in Yangon, Myanmar, for the procurement of journalist services, equipment, and related support as itemized above.
- All journalist services shall be performed in accordance with the Myanmar Press Law and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Information. The contracted journalist must hold valid press credentials issued or recognized by the relevant Myanmar authorities prior to commencing fieldwork in Yangon or any other region.
- Equipment delivery shall be made to the Buyer's premises at No. 42, 27th Street, Bogyoke Aung San Road, Kyauktada Township, Yangon, Myanmar. All goods must be inspected within five (5) business days of delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported in writing to the Supplier within the same period.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at CB Bank, Yangon Branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery or completion of services.
- The Supplier warrants that all equipment supplied is new, free from defects, and accompanied by manufacturer's warranty documentation valid in Myanmar. Journalist safety training must be conducted by certified instructors with experience in Myanmar's media environment.
- Confidentiality: All materials, recordings, manuscripts, and source information produced by the journalist under this Purchase Order remain the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Pagoda Media Group Co., Ltd. The Supplier and the journalist shall not disclose, publish, or distribute any such materials without prior written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions on media operations in Myanmar, or civil unrest affecting Yangon or surrounding areas.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled or until 15 July 2025, whichever comes first.
