1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable media and intellectual property legislation in force in Russia Saint Petersburg.
2. All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables produced by the Journalist shall transfer to Media Horizon International LLC upon full payment of the total amount specified in Section 4.
3. The Journalist warrants that all content produced under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and shall not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
4. The Journalist shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, when collecting and handling information in Russia Saint Petersburg.
5. Any modifications to the scope of work defined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
6. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Journalist in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Journalist shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the date of termination.
