All physical goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Buyer's premises at King Fahd Road, Al-Shati District, Saudi Arabia Jeddah, 23412. The Seller is responsible for all shipping, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), and insurance up to the point of delivery. The Journalist assigned to this project shall be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign the receiving acknowledgment. Delivery is expected no later than 10 business days from the date of this Purchase Order. Any delay exceeding 5 business days entitles the Buyer to a penalty of 1% of the affected line-item value per day of delay.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Saudi Arabia within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• A 20% advance payment (SAR 22,356.00) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.

• All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The applicable VAT rate of 15% is included in the grand total as per Saudi Arabian tax regulations.
• Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• All equipment purchased under this Purchase Order carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. The Seller shall coordinate all warranty claims on behalf of the Buyer and the Journalist.
• The Seller warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. The Journalist reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this document.
• The Seller shall comply with all data protection and media regulations issued by the Saudi Press and Media Authority (PMA) and the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Neither party may assign or transfer its obligations under this Purchase Order without prior written consent of the other party.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both the Buyer's authorized representative and the Seller's authorized representative.
• The Journalist named in this Purchase Order shall use all procured equipment solely for professional news-gathering and content-production purposes in accordance with Saudi media law.
