This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Media & Communications Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser") to engage the services of a qualified Journalist (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") for the production of editorial content, investigative reporting, and media coverage in support of the Purchaser's corporate communications programme. The Journalist shall perform all duties in accordance with the professional standards established by the Saudi Ministry of Media and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Journalist Service Provider upon signature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The Journalist shall hold a valid and current professional license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Media. The Purchaser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of such license at any time during the engagement period.
- All content produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Purchaser upon full payment. The Journalist shall not publish, distribute, or license the same material to any third party without prior written consent.
- The Journalist shall comply with all data protection and privacy regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Cybersecurity Authority guidelines, particularly when handling sensitive source information.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Journalist. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Saudi commercial law.
- The Journalist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 500,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchaser shall pay for all services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The English language version of this document shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with an Arabic translation.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Journalist confirms that all services described herein will be performed with professional diligence, journalistic integrity, and full compliance with the regulatory framework of Saudi Arabia Riyadh media operations.
