- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific trade regulations governing the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All transactions are subject to the UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations, including the applicable 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The Journalist, Khalid Al Mansoori, acting under the authority of Gulf Chronicle Media Group, is the authorized recipient of all goods and services listed herein. All equipment is procured exclusively for professional journalistic activities conducted within the United Arab Emirates, with primary operations based in Abu Dhabi.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The designated delivery address is Office 412, Al Reem Island Business Bay, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The supplier shall bear all transportation and insurance costs until the goods are received and inspected by the Journalist at the Abu Dhabi premises.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of the date of this Purchase Order, in UAE Dirhams (AED), to the account held at Emirates NBD Bank, Abu Dhabi branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial practice.
- All equipment must comply with the telecommunications and media broadcasting standards set by the Abu Dhabi Media Regulatory Authority and the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). The Journalist warrants that all procured devices will be used solely for legitimate press and journalism activities in compliance with UAE media law.
- The supplier guarantees that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all electronic equipment. Warranty service shall be available at the supplier's authorized service center in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration administered by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority in accordance with its arbitration rules.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the described items and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
- The Journalist reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days of receipt at the Abu Dhabi location. Any items found to be damaged, defective, or not conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded at the supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi shall serve as the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to this document.
