- Payment shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the Journalist's designated account.
- 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 40% upon delivery of the first six (6) articles and associated visual content.
- 20% final payment upon completion of all deliverables and receipt of the final editorial consultation report.
- All payments are subject to the terms outlined in the Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax in the United Arab Emirates.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of Dubai, including the Dubai Media Office's code of conduct for registered Journalists operating within the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.
- The Journalist warrants that all content produced under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and in full compliance with UAE press and media laws.
- The Journalist shall maintain a valid press card issued by the Dubai Media Office for the entire duration of the engagement specified in this Purchase Order.
- Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information obtained during the course of this engagement shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and liability for damages.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless accepted in writing by the Journalist prior to the expiry date.
