All deliverables must be submitted in both digital (PDF and editable DOCX) and, where applicable, physical formats. The Journalist is expected to maintain a minimum availability of forty (40) working hours per week within the United Kingdom Manchester area and to respond to urgent editorial requests within four (4) business hours. All reporting must adhere to the highest standards of journalistic integrity, accuracy, and impartiality as expected of a professional Journalist practising in the United Kingdom.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) equal instalments of £7,512.00 (inclusive of VAT), due on the following dates: (i) 1 July 2025 upon execution of this Purchase Order; (ii) 1 August 2025 upon satisfactory delivery of the first tranche of Journalist work; and (iii) 1 October 2025 upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made by BACS bank transfer to the account details provided by the Journalist in writing. Late payment shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Northwest Media Group Ltd. and the named Journalist upon signature by both parties.
2. The Journalist warrants that all content produced under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and not subject to any third-party intellectual property claims.
3. The Journalist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in United Kingdom Manchester.
4. Northwest Media Group Ltd. retains full editorial rights over all material produced under this Purchase Order, including the right to edit, republish, and distribute content across all media platforms.
5. The Journalist shall comply with all applicable United Kingdom laws, including but not limited to the Defamation Act 2013, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, and the UK GDPR.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made only for services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
7. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales, with jurisdiction vested in the Manchester County Court.
8. The Journalist shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of this engagement to any third party without prior written consent from Northwest Media Group Ltd.
