All physical items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Bay Chronicle Media Group newsroom at 1200 Market Street, Suite 4500, San Francisco, CA 94102, United States, no later than June 27, 2025. The Journalist, Elena Vasquez, or her designated representative, Sarah Okafor, shall inspect all delivered goods within three (3) business days of receipt. Acceptance is contingent upon all equipment being in full working order and meeting the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Services, including the field safety training and legal retainer, shall be scheduled within thirty (30) days of the Purchase Order issue date and conducted at locations within San Francisco, California, United States.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Bay Chronicle Media Group, Inc. and Golden Gate Media Supply Co., LLC upon signature by both parties.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable federal, state (California), and local (San Francisco) taxes as calculated above.
- Payment shall be made via ACH transfer to the vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, in accordance with standard United States commercial payment practices.
- The vendor warrants that all equipment supplied is new, free from defects, and carries a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. The Journalist shall be provided with all warranty documentation and user manuals at the time of delivery.
- Any late delivery beyond the specified date shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per business day, up to a maximum of 10%.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
