- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, with supplementary reference to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) where applicable to cross-border procurement.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon verified delivery and installation of all physical goods in Afghanistan Kabul, and 20% upon successful completion of the 90-day performance period for all services rendered to the Judge.
- Delivery and Acceptance: All goods shall be delivered to the Supreme Court of Afghanistan, Kabul District, Afghanistan Kabul. The Judge or a designated court administrator shall sign the acceptance certificate.
