The Seller warrants that all goods delivered under this Purchase Order shall be new, of the highest quality, free from defects in material and workmanship, and in full compliance with the specifications approved by the Office of the Judge in Córdoba, Argentina. The minimum warranty period shall be twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance for all furniture and equipment items, and three (3) years for the digital audio recording system and the secure communication telephone system. Any defect discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at the Seller's sole expense within fifteen (15) business days of notification by the Judge's administrative office.
