1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Judge system shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Brisbane.
2. The Supplier warrants that the Judge system shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance at the Australia Brisbane site.
3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, in accordance with the payment terms specified in this Purchase Order. All payments shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via electronic funds transfer to the Supplier's nominated account in Australia Brisbane.
4. The Supplier shall maintain full compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) in relation to all data processed by the Judge system while operating in Australia Brisbane.
5. Any modifications, variations, or amendments to this Purchase Order regarding the Judge system scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
6. The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive warranty certificate for the Judge system, valid throughout Australia Brisbane and the broader Queensland region, covering all hardware and licensed software components listed in Section 3 of this Purchase Order.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Australia Brisbane region, shall be addressed in accordance with the standard force majeure provisions of the Queensland Government Procurement Policy.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Judge system to be deployed in Australia Brisbane.
