All Judge personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall report to the Sydney Convention Centre, 26 Convention Centre Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia Sydney, no later than 07:00 AEST on the first day of the event. The pre-event Judge calibration workshop shall be conducted on 28 June 2025 at the supplier's office in Sydney. The main competition and judging period shall span 29 June 2025 through 2 July 2025. Final deliberations and the announcement of results shall occur on 3 July 2025. All Judge deliverables, including signed scoring sheets, written feedback reports, and final adjudication summaries, must be submitted to the Buyer's project team within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the event.

  • Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% (AUD $19,395.20) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (AUD $29,092.80) shall be invoiced and paid within thirty (30) days of the final Judge deliverables being accepted by the Buyer.
  • Payment Method: Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account in Australia Sydney. All payments shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Invoice Requirements: All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-SYD-2025-04872) and include the supplier's ABN. Invoices not referencing the correct Purchase Order number may be delayed in processing.
  • Late Payment: Interest on overdue amounts shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), whichever is lower.
  • 7.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Sydney.
  • 7.2 Each Judge engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in their respective category and must provide verifiable credentials prior to the calibration workshop. The supplier warrants that all Judge personnel are independent, hold no conflicts of interest with any competing entries, and shall sign a Declaration of Impartiality before commencing adjudication duties.
  • 7.3 The supplier shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance (minimum AUD $20,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance (minimum AUD $5,000,000) for the duration of the engagement. Certificates of insurance must be provided to the Buyer prior to the first day of the event.
  • 7.4 The Buyer reserves the right to substitute or remove any Judge from the panel with forty-eight (48) hours' written notice if a conflict of interest, professional misconduct, or failure to meet performance standards is identified. In such cases, the supplier shall provide a qualified replacement Judge at no additional cost.
  • 7.5 All intellectual property, scoring data, and assessment records generated during the judging process shall remain the sole property of the Buyer. The supplier and all Judge personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any competition materials.
  • 7.6 Cancellation: The Buyer may cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part with thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the event date. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of the event date shall incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Purchase Order value. The supplier may cancel with sixty (60) days' written notice, in which case any deposit paid shall be refunded in full within fourteen (14) days.
  • 7.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Australia Sydney.
  • 7.8 This Purchase Order does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Buyer and the supplier. The supplier and all Judge personnel are independent contractors and not employees of the Buyer.

By signing below, the supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to provide the Judge services as specified herein in accordance with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon execution by both parties.
