4.1 This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with Brazilian Federal Procurement Law (Lei nº 14.133/2021) and the internal regulations of the Federal Judiciary of Brazil. All transactions are subject to audit by the Comptroller General's Office (Tribunal de Contas da União — TCU).
4.2 The supplier shall deliver all goods and services to the address specified in Section 1 (Federal Court building, Esplanada dos Ministérios, Brasília — DF, Brazil). Delivery shall be made during regular business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) and must be coordinated with the Judge's administrative staff at least 48 hours in advance.
4.3 Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods and services, via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by the supplier. The payment is contingent upon the submission of a valid Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) issued in the name of the Federal Judiciary.
4.4 All technology items must comply with the security standards established by the National Computer Security Authority (ANSI) and the Federal Judiciary's internal IT security policies. The Judge's office requires that all data-handling equipment be certified for processing classified judicial information.
4.5 The supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. A minimum 12-month warranty is required for all electronic and mechanical items. The warranty period begins on the date of installation and acceptance.
4.6 In the event of non-delivery, defective goods, or failure to meet the specified deadlines, the supplier shall be subject to penalties as defined in the applicable federal procurement contract, including fines of up to 20% of the Purchase Order value and potential registration on the SICAF (Integrated System of Registration and Disqualification of Suppliers) blacklist.
4.7 This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by the authorized representative of the supplier. The Judge's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reject any line item prior to the acceptance of the order.

All items procured under this order are intended exclusively for the use of the Judge's office at the 3rd Federal Court of Brasília, DF.
