All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Office of the Presiding Judge, Third Civil Chamber, Court of Appeals of Santiago, located at Av. Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins 0112, Santiago Centro, Región Metropolitana, Chile. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier shall bear all transportation, insurance, and handling costs. Goods must be delivered in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the corresponding Boleta de Venta or Factura with the RUT of the Power Judicial of Chile. The supplier is responsible for the proper installation of the Judge's Desk, Executive Chair, and Secure Document Storage Cabinet at the designated location within the judicial building in Santiago.
Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (Transferencia Electrónica) to the supplier's designated bank account in Chile, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the valid Factura and confirmed acceptance of all goods by the Office of the Presiding Judge. The payment will be processed through the Treasury Department of the Power Judicial of Chile in Santiago. No interest shall accrue on payments made within the stipulated period. Late payments, if any, shall be subject to the interest rate established by the Central Bank of Chile (Banco Central de Chile) for overdue obligations.
6.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including the Ley de Compras y Contrataciones del Sector Público (Law No. 19,886) and its amendments, as applicable to judicial procurement in Santiago.
6.2. All goods must be new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. The supplier warrants all items for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Chilean Civil Code (Articles 2,061 to 2,079).
6.3. The supplier shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Chile, including those issued by the Superintendencia de Seguridad Social (SUSESO), particularly regarding furniture and equipment used in judicial offices in Santiago.
6.4. The Judge's Robe, Gavel, and Seal must bear the official insignia of the Power Judicial of Chile. Any deviation from the approved specifications will result in immediate rejection of the item at the supplier's expense.
6.5. The supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to the Judge and the judicial proceedings handled in the office. Any breach of confidentiality shall be subject to the penalties established under the Chilean Penal Code and the Ley de Protección de la Vida Privada (Law No. 19,628).
6.6. In the event of non-delivery or defective goods, the Power Judicial of Chile in Santiago reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part, without liability, and to seek alternative suppliers.
6.7. This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by the authorized representative of the supplier. Upon countersignature, it becomes a binding agreement between both parties.
6.8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the jurisdictional rules of the Chilean judicial system.
