Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Delivery Location: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Beijing Municipal People's Court, No. 1, Xisi Avenue, Xicheng District, China Beijing. Delivery must be completed no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all goods. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in China Beijing.
- Quality Assurance: The supplier guarantees that all items procured for the Judge and judicial staff shall conform to the specifications listed above and to the applicable national standards (GB) of the People's Republic of China. Any defective item shall be replaced within fourteen (14) days at the supplier's sole expense.
- Warranty: A minimum two-year warranty is provided on all electronic equipment (Item 05) and a one-year warranty on all furniture and accessories. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery in China Beijing.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and the internal procurement regulations of the Beijing Municipal People's Court. The supplier acknowledges that all goods are intended for official judicial use by the Judge and court personnel in China Beijing.
- Confidentiality: The supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity of the Judges and the specific judicial matters for which the equipment is procured. No information contained in this Purchase Order shall be disclosed to third parties without written authorization from the Beijing Municipal People's Court.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China Beijing for binding arbitration under its rules.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies affecting the China Beijing region.
- Validity: This Purchase Order remains valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. If the supplier does not confirm acceptance in writing within ten (10) business days, this Purchase Order shall be deemed void.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with specific reference to the judicial procurement regulations applicable in China Beijing.
