3. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the First Civil Circuit Court building located at Calle 43 No. 43A-15, Barrio El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia. The supplier is responsible for transportation, installation, calibration, and initial training of the Judge's administrative staff on all technological systems. Delivery and full installation must be completed no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall coordinate with the court's security office for access to the judicial facilities in Medellín.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP).
First Installment (40%): Due upon signing of this Purchase Order and confirmation of order acceptance by the supplier.
Second Installment (40%): Due upon delivery and physical inspection of all items at the Judge's office in Medellín.
Final Installment (20%): Due upon completion of installation, system testing, and delivery of the formal acceptance certificate signed by the Judge's administrative secretary.
Warranty: All items carry a minimum two-year warranty from the date of acceptance. Software licenses include two years of technical support and updates.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, specifically the Colombian Commercial Code and applicable public procurement regulations (Ley 80 de 1993 and Ley 1150 de 2007).
The supplier warrants that all goods and services are free of defects, comply with Colombian technical standards (NTC), and are fit for judicial use in the city of Medellín.
Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
The supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the Judge's office, case files, and judicial proceedings conducted in Medellín.
Failure to deliver within the stipulated timeframe shall result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
This Purchase Order becomes null and void if not accepted in writing by the supplier within ten (10) business days of issuance.
