4.1 This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Alexandria Court of Appeal, Egypt, and all procurement activities shall comply with the Egyptian Government Procurement Law (Law No. 182 of 2018) and its amendments.
4.2 The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Alexandria Judicial Complex within the timeframe specified. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
4.3 All furniture and equipment procured under this Purchase Order for the Judge's office must be inspected upon arrival by the designated court administrator. Acceptance is contingent upon the items meeting the quality standards and specifications outlined in the attached technical annex.
4.4 The supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and fit for judicial use in the courts of Alexandria, Egypt. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all furniture, electronics, and equipment.
4.5 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Egypt. The Purchase Order total of EGP 1,063,650 is inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges within Alexandria.
4.6 The supplier shall provide installation, calibration, and training for all audio-visual and digital systems. Training sessions for the Judge's clerk and court staff shall be conducted at the Alexandria Judicial Complex.
4.7 This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
4.8 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian law.
This Purchase Order is authorized and approved for execution by the undersigned, acting in their capacity as the presiding Judge of the Alexandria District Court, Egypt. The procurement of the above-listed items is deemed necessary for the proper and dignified functioning of the Judge's chambers and courtroom facilities.
