All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s account at the National Bank of Egypt, Cairo branch, within 30 days of confirmed delivery and acceptance.
The supplier shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Cairo Court of First Instance, located at 25 El-Gamaleya Street, Downtown Cairo, Egypt, no later than 30 June 2025. Installation of the Judge’s presiding bench, chair, audio-visual equipment, and office furniture shall be completed by the supplier’s certified technicians within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier bears full responsibility for safe transport within Cairo and the surrounding Giza Governorate. Any damage during transit shall be remedied at the supplier’s sole expense.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Ministry of Justice, Cairo, Egypt, and the named supplier upon signature by both parties.
- All goods must comply with Egyptian Industrial Standards (Egy 2019) and the specifications approved by the Judicial Council of Egypt.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and fit for judicial use by a Judge in the Egyptian court system.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all furniture and equipment items. The judicial robe and gavel carry a twelve (12) month warranty.
- Acceptance of goods shall be confirmed in writing by the designated receiving officer at the Cairo courthouse within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian law.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the identity and assignment of the Judge for whom these items are procured, in compliance with Egyptian judicial independence regulations.
