Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Presiding Judge of the 12th Civil Division, Landgericht München I, and is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically the German Civil Code (BGB) and the applicable provisions of the Bavarian State Court Act (BayGG).
- All goods shall be delivered to the address of the District Court Munich I, Leopoldstraße 7, 80802 Munich, Germany, during standard court operating hours (08:00–17:00 CET). The supplier is responsible for all packaging, insurance, and risk of loss until delivery is confirmed in writing by the court's administrative office.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid, itemized invoice conforming to the German Invoice Directive (Rechnungsrichtlinie 2010/45/EU). The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (JM-2025-04871) and include the supplier's VAT identification number.
