All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tehran District Court premises at Justice Square, Valiasr Street, Tehran, Iran, no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier is responsible for the safe transportation, professional installation, and calibration of all equipment. The Judge’s office shall be notified 48 hours in advance of the delivery date. Installation of the digital courtroom system and secure communication terminal shall be performed during non-working hours to avoid disruption to the Judge’s daily judicial proceedings.

This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the procurement regulations of the Judiciary of Iran.
All goods must be new, unused, and of the highest quality suitable for official judicial use by the Judge in Tehran, Iran.
The supplier warrants all items for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of installation, covering manufacturing defects and material failures.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account within thirty (30) days of successful delivery, installation, and written acceptance by the Administrative Officer of the Judge’s office.
Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
The supplier shall provide all necessary documentation, including certificates of origin, warranty cards, and technical manuals in both Persian (Farsi) and English.
This Purchase Order may not be transferred or assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of the Judiciary of Iran, Tehran District Court.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent judicial authorities in Tehran, Iran.
The supplier acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for the exclusive use of the Honorable Judge and the Tehran District Court and shall not be repurposed or resold.

This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Honorable Judge of the Tehran District Court and has been reviewed and approved by the Administrative and Financial Department of the Judiciary of Iran. The undersigned parties confirm their agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this document.
