All prices are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account in Israel Jerusalem within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods.
The supplier shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Supreme Court of Israel, Givat HaMivtar, Israel Jerusalem, no later than 31 July 2025. Delivery must be scheduled in coordination with the Office of the Chief Judge to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing judicial proceedings. Upon arrival, the designated receiving officer at the Israel Jerusalem court facility shall inspect all goods for conformity with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Any item found to be defective, damaged, or non-conforming shall be rejected in writing within five (5) business days, and the supplier shall replace or repair the item at no additional cost within fourteen (14) business days.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel Jerusalem. The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of the highest quality, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. The supplier shall comply with all applicable Israeli labor, safety, and environmental regulations. This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Office of the Chief Judge. The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for the exclusive use of the Judge and the judicial administration in Israel Jerusalem and shall not be resold or transferred to any third party.
