- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Honorable Judge, Tel Aviv District Court, Israel, and constitutes a binding procurement request for the supply, delivery, and installation of all items listed herein.
- The supplier, Medina Judicial Supplies Ltd., confirms acceptance of all specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines as outlined in this Purchase Order. All items must meet the standards prescribed by the Israeli Courts Administration for judicial office equipment.
- Delivery of all items shall be completed no later than 30 June 2025 at the designated Judge's chambers in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and on-site installation within the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (NIS) via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery. Late payment shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest and Taxation Law.
- All electronic equipment (items 4 and 5) must comply with the data security and encryption standards mandated by the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and the Courts Administration's information security policy. The supplier warrants that all devices are free of unauthorized access mechanisms.
- A warranty period of no less than three (3) years shall apply to all electronic items and two (2) years to all furniture and non-electronic items. Warranty claims shall be serviced within Tel Aviv within five (5) business days of notification.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed installation report and a complete inventory list signed by the receiving Judge's office administrator upon completion of delivery in Tel Aviv.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The supplier acknowledges that all items purchased under this Purchase Order are intended for use in a judicial setting in Israel Tel Aviv and must be suitable for the dignified and secure environment of a Judge's working chambers.
