All items shall be delivered to the Tribunale Ordinario di Milano, Via Freguglia 1, 20121 Milan, Italy, at the loading dock designated for judicial office deliveries. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the Milan metropolitan area. Installation of the Judge's Bench, judicial chamber desk, filing cabinets, and the audio-visual recording system shall be completed by certified technicians of the supplier. The supplier shall coordinate with the court's facilities management team in Milan to schedule installation during non-working hours to avoid disruption to ongoing judicial proceedings.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Milan, Italy, within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation. The payment reference shall include the Purchase Order number PO-MIL-2025-04872. No advance payment is authorized. A 5% retention shall be withheld until final acceptance of all items by the Judge's administrative office.
- All goods must comply with Italian and European Union safety and quality standards (CE marking where applicable).
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of delivery in Milan.
- Any non-conforming goods must be replaced or repaired at the supplier's sole expense within 15 business days of notification by the Judge's office.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
