All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tribunale Ordinario di Roma, Piazza Cavour, 00186 Roma, Italia, at the attention of the Cancelliere (Court Registrar) for the office of the Judge. Delivery is scheduled no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and on-site installation within the premises of the court in Rome. The Judge’s office will be available for receiving and inspecting goods between 09:00 and 13:00 CET on business days. Any items found damaged or non-conforming upon delivery must be reported in writing within five (5) business days. The supplier shall replace defective items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days of notification.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier’s designated account within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the verified invoice (fattura elettronica) issued in accordance with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (SdI — Sistema di Interscambio). The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-ROM-2025-04871) and the applicable CIG (Codice Identificativo di Gara) code. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the European Commission’s reference rate plus eight (8) percentage points, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU as transposed into Italian law (D.Lgs. 231/2002).
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and the public procurement code (Codice dei Contratti Pubblici, D.Lgs. 36/2023). All goods must comply with applicable Italian and European Union safety, quality, and environmental standards. The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. The Judge’s office reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined herein. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the Tribunale di Roma, Italia. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the Judge’s office, the court proceedings, and the nature of the judicial work conducted in Rome.
